Items could be moved back and forth between the personal tab and the shared tabs, but it is an easy way to designate and store upgrades meant for specific alts. While all other stash tabs can be accessed by all characters, the Personal Stash Tab is only accessible to that character.
One of the great innovations in Diablo 2: Resurrected was the introduction of the Personal Stash Tab. Wish 2: Give a Personal Stash Tab to each character. What I never understand is why this isn't rolled out from the beginning. It's clear from the design that Blizzard is planning for future expansion of the stash. Diablo 3 allowed players to earn more stashes through Season rewards. Why wait? Most of us would be more than happy to spend more gold to get more tabs. There's clearly room for eight tabs, not just the four tabs we can get now. Nice mural, or 20 more stash slots? Hmmm. There's ample space to add 2 more stash rows, giving each tab 70 slots instead of 50 - a total of 80 slots across all four tabs. There is a lot of empty real estate at the bottom of the stash that's taken up by an attractive but useless graphic. What follows (in no particular order) is our wish list for the Stash going forward. With smart loot, you're going to end up with a lot of stored gear! Saving items and extracted Aspects for future alts or for possible respecs is a bag stuffer. While 200 slots sounds roomy (50 slots on 4 tabs), it quickly gets overcrowded if you run even one alt, much less two or three, particularly if they're different classes. No matter what, we're always going to want more storage. While the recent developer talk touched on one planned update to Gems that affects the stash (turning Gems into a Material rather than an item), they were cagey on the subject of planned changes to the Stash in general. The Stash has been the subject of debate and discussion since the very first Diablo franchise, and Diablo 4 is no exception.
